Richard Williams

Micah Cabaccang, M.A.

Cross, Guitar Instructor
Micah has been teaching private lessons for over 15 years. His instruction spans from cities such as San Jose, Santa Clara, Salinas, Monterey, Dayton and more.
As a high school band director in California, he lead groups to awards in competitions in WBA, CCGC, and NCPA. His original music was performed in DCI Stanford.
Additionally, he was a recipient of the Nobel Educator of Distinction, 2018.
During undergrad, he earned first place in California’s PAS competitive festival’s collegiate drum set category and second place in the collegiate snare drum category.
Micah earned his Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts degree in Music Education from San Jose State University, with classical percussion studies under the guidance of Galen Lemmon, Principal Percussionist for Symphony San Jose.
Cross Carrasco has 20 years experience with guitar. From studying classical guitar at UC Santa Cruz where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Music, to touring and recording with Classic Rock, Punk Rock, Heavy Metal bands across the West Coast. Cross continues to further his abilities of playing and writing music. Furthermore, he performs and records music for release and online competitions.
His band of choice is Metallica.
Richard has performed as a pianist for a wide range of venues, including vocalists, musicals, choirs, and Brigham Young University’s Ballet and Modern Dance classes. He graduated from Brigham Young University, where he also received recognition at the Hollywood Student Emmy Awards while in college. Along the way, he has discovered more effective and stress-free approaches to learning piano.
He is also a multi-instrumentalist and award-winning composer. Since then, he has recorded orchestras around the world, including sessions in Prague and Budapest, as well as at Capitol Studios, Fox Studios, and Sony Recording Studios.
Piano was once a source of frustration for him, but over time it has become deeply rewarding. He has learned that with persistence, the initial effort invested in learning eventually pays off many times over.
